Strategy
This candidate actually had some good content in her current resume. It just needed to be tweaked a little to show the direction she was headed as well as highlight her achievements. I added an Areas of Expertise section to allow an opportunity to add more keywords as well as present a quick overview of her skills. Then I also rearranged her bulleted statements to focus only on results she achieved and regulated the tasks she did to the paragraph descriptions under each job title.
